In order to add priced options to the cart, this product must be Visible in the Online Store and set to Don't Track Inventory. Modifying these settings may prevent your shoppers from checking out.

You may safely update the default Title and Image to better suit your shop.

1. Go to Products in your Shopify admin
2. Click the name of the product
3. In the Theme template section, click the drop-down menu
4. Select the not-for-sale template
5. Click Save

Can I modify my order details after checkout?

Absolutely! Your order details aren’t final until you approve your final proof mockups and specifications. If you change your mind post-checkout, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided the proofs haven’t been approved yet.

Can I print my design on different shirt colors in a single order?

Yes! Our customization selection is endless. Simply select the option inside the customization tab, "Split order into multiple shirt colors." Your design will then be made identically across all selected colors and sizes (same ink colors, dimensions, placement, etc.).

What if I want to order multiple designs?

Each unique design requires a separate order. Please place a new order for each design you want to print.

What if my design files have more ink colors than I selected?

Our art team will adjust your design to match the number of ink colors you selected. You can provide specific instructions for this in the Order Notes in the comment box above.

Can I send my design files after placing my order?

Yes! You can email your design files to support@customteesfactory with your Order # for reference.

How is the pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the garment you select, the number of ink colors in your design, the number of print locations, and the total quantity of shirts you order. Additional print locations and ink colors will increase the price. However, ordering in larger quantities reduces the cost per shirt.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1 week, starting 1 business day after you approve your final proofs.

After you place your order, we'll usually need 12-24 business hours after checkout to provide a print-ready proof. If you request changes, it will take an additional 24-48 business hours to send you an updated proof. Once you give us the green light for approval, your order moves into production.

*If you need to speed up the process, you can expedite the proof process to 8-12 business hours by paying a $12.99 fee.

The 5-8 day standard turnaround time begins 1 business day after you approve your final proof for production.
