Ordering

Do You Have Minimum Order Quanities?

Only for Screen Printing & Embroidery. Our minimum order is 24 pieces (various sizes) with the same design per order. You can choose as many garment colors per order, with the same design and ink colors on all garments. Single piece orders will cost more, and are printed with our alternative printing methods.

How Is Pricing Calculated?

Pricing is based on the garment type, the number of ink colors in your design, the number of print locations, and the total quantity ordered. More print locations and ink colors increase the price. Larger orders have lower per-shirt prices, with price breaks at 48, 72, 144, 288, and 500 pieces. Prices include free standard shipping. As For expedited shipping charges, see the shipping section below.

What's The Proof Process?

For orders that have a minimum quantity of 24, our graphics team will send a mockup within 24 for approval. Our art team will prepare final print-ready proofs for your review and approval. You can request changes before your order moves into production. If you need to expedite the process, you can cut the line, and get one within 8-12 hours for $12.99. Unfortunately, we don't provide proofs for orders that don't have a minimum of 24.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What Upload Files Can Be Uploaded?

Our customizer supports JPEG, AI, HEIC, PNG, EPS, and PVF.

We can't accept PSD formats.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment portal.

Wait, I Made A Mistake After Purchasing! Can I Change It?

Yes! You can make changes before you approve the final proofs/order specs. If changes result in additional ink colors or print locations, there will be an additional charge. No partial refunds will be given for reducing ink colors or print locations. Once you approve the final proofs, no further changes can be made.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you cancel before final approval. If you cancel after approval, a 20% restocking fee will apply (you will receive 80% of your payment back). If we don't hear back from you within 7 business days after sending your proofs, we will cancel your order and charge a 20% restocking fee. You can still cancel and receive a full refund if you email us within 7 business days after receiving your proofs.

Do You Offer Any Exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return your order, ship it back in its original condition (unworn and unused) within 5 business days of receiving it. You must pay for return shipping. Once we receive the return, we will refund the number of pieces returned minus a 20% restocking fee.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What's The Turnaround Time?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1 week, starting 1 business day after you approve your final proofs, and 12 hour processing for orders less than 24.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we only ship to the United States.

How Do I Arrange Expedited Shipping?

If you need your order by a specific date, email us at support@customteesfactory.com after checkout to discuss expedited shipping options.

Does Standard Shipping Have A Guaranteed Delivery Date?

No, standard shipping does not guarantee a specific delivery date. If you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping.

Can I Split Ship My Order?

No. Just so everything is streamlined effectively, It's better for us to ship your order to one location.

What's Your Product Selection?

As of now, everything that's listed on our website is up for grabs. However, we have a huge supply of vendors we're adding weekly to the site. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis. If you can't find what you're looking for, please reach out to support@customteesfactory.com, and our support team will work with you to supply your desired item and design.

Can I Order Blanks?

No. We don't allow anyone to order without a design. Each product page contains detailed information sourced directly from the blank garment manufacturer.

What If My Clothes Are Shipped Defected?

Once you select and purchase a garment, it is sold as is. We do not offer credits, partial refunds, or adjustments if you are unhappy with the garment due to its construction, fabric, fit, or sizing.

We will issue a refund per item for garments with minor defects (e.g., holes, discoloration, dirt). We do not provide makeup orders.

In the rare event that you receive fewer items than ordered, you will be partially refunded for the missing or defective items.

Am I Limited To The Colors Shown On Your Catalog?

Nope! Each product page provides detailed information about our offerings. Please be aware that these details are sourced directly from the blank garment manufacturers, so it varies on that. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact support@customteesfactory.

What Printing Services Do You Offer?

What Garment Locations Can I Put My Logo On?

You can add your logo on the front, back, and both sleeves. As for hats, you can include your logo on the front, side, and backside. If you want your logo somewhere else on your garment, please reach out to us, and we'll solve that with you.

Do You Print Without A Proof?

Although proofs are not mandatory, we highly recommend them for larger orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. For single piece orders, we typically do not send proofs due to the high volume of requests.

Do You Have Printing Limitations?

Not necessarily, we like a wacky location every now and then! You just have to let us know and be very specific when placing your order in the order notes.
